NEWS & EVENTS
Elan came to us from LightShine Rescue in South Dakota. Either from anxiety or boredom, he tried to chew his way out of his cage. As a result, two of his four canine teeth are broken and his front teeth are worn down leaving the nerve ends exposed. The dental work needed requires special tools to avoid breaking Elan’s jaw. The estimated cost is up to $3,000!
Sharkey is an adorable, elderly Sheltie who has a potential home but can't be adopted until he gets a clean bill of health. That will require a dental cleaning and a few extractions.
Missy, Rusty Rose, DeNiro, Betty Lou, and 3 new feline arrivals also require a visit to the veterinarian for dental work before they are available for adoption.
Here is where you come in. BENCHS is asking for donations to cover the dental expenses of these animals
