2. If you haven't completed a Pre-Adoption Form, you will need to do that. If you are approved to adopt, you will receive an email with the link to set up an appointment. Cats

- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled in response to pandemic surges and staff availability.
- No limits on the number of individuals at appointments.
- Time limits will be strictly followed. Cats: 30 minutes Dogs: 60 minutes
- Masks are encouraged, but not required.
- You will be asked to wash your hands upon entering the building.
- Social distancing will be practiced.
- Credit/debit card payment only.
- Cancel or reschedule your appointment if you have been exposed or are exhibiting any signs of illness.

Online Pre-Adoption FormCompleting these forms gives BENCHS information about you as a
potential pet owner. It does not place a hold any certain animal(s). Cat Adoption Fee InformationKitten/Cat Adoption Fees Include: Testing (Heartworm, Feline Leukemia, and FIV as age appropriate), Age-appropriate vaccinations up to adoption, Flea/Heartworm protection, Age-appropriate deworming, Microchipped and registered
Kittens: $175 (8 weeks to 6 months old)
Teenage Cats: $160 (6 months - 1 ½ years old) Adult Cats: $150 (1 ½ - 7 years old) Senior Cat: $80 (7+ years old) Cats with FIV: $50 (any age) Fees do not include tax.
