NEW!!  The "SNAP Fund

BENCHS recently created the Save Neglected and Abused Pets (SNAP) critical care fund. It is reserved to pay for the veterinary care of seriously ill, injured, and abused animals. The SNAP fund was created after four animals in critical condition were brought to BENCHS within the same week.

All animals coming into the shelter receive routine veterinary care; however, the BENCHS operating fund is unable to absorb the costs of extensive medical care and surgery.  Read more.
