FAQs
- May I register both of my animals? Owners may register two of their own animals during one appointment time. If two cats, each cat must be brought in its own carrier. If two dogs are registered, only one should enter the building at a time. If it is one cat and one dog, they will need to enter the building through different doors. If you have more than two animals, please make additional appointments as needed.
- Is there an additional fee to register my pet's new microchip? No, the chip will automatically be registered to both you and BENCHS with no additional fee!
- Credit card only, please.
